Daniele, Alex ed Ali sono arrivati a Campo 4, a 7200 metri. Questa notte, alle 2:00 locali, partiranno da C4 con la forte convinzione di poter arrivare in vetta al Nanga Parbat (8126 m). Se il meteo sarà clemente Daniele, Alex ed Ali raggiungeranno il loro sogno tra le ore 12:00 e le ore 14:00 di domani (orario locale).

“Oggi è stata una giornata dura ma molto bella – ha affermato Daniele non appena arrivato a Campo 4 -. Durante tutto il percorso di scalata il vento è stato clemente ed abbiamo potuto raggiungere Campo 4 a 7200 metri. Non era scontato che riuscissimo percorrere facilmente la via”.

Domani è previsto bel tempo con venti deboli che potrebbero favorire l’impresa di Daniele, Alex ed Ali. Sarebbe la prima volta nella storia che degli alpinisti riescono ad arrivare in vetta al Nanga Parbat in stagione invernale. Ci vorranno circa 12 ore di scalata per arrivare dai 7200 metri del C4 agli 8126 della vetta. Per sabato e domenica è previsto un ritorno del brutto tempo. Il team dovrà essere molto veloce nella salita e nella immediata discesa.

Muhammad, che li ha accompagnati fino a Campo 3, sta scendendo verso il Campo Base come previsto.

Camp 4, another step towards the summit

Daniele, Alex and Ali “Sadpara” arrived in Camp 4, at 7200 meters. Tonight, at 2:00 local, start from C4 with the strong belief that they can reach the summit of Nanga Parbat (8126 m). It will take about 12 hours of climbing to reach the 7200 meters of C4 to the 8126 summit. For Saturday and Sunday there will be a return to the bad weather. The team will have to be very quick in getting on and immediate descent.
